CAN A CONSUMER PURCHASE DIRECTLY FROM EDU-FUN?

Edu-Fun  is a manufacturer and can only supply directly to retailers and distributors who have operational accounts with the company.

WHO CARRIES EDU-FUN PRODUCTS?

Edu-Fun  Emirates Team can make a delivery for Entire Emirates, Charge will be as follow, (Sharjah, Dubai and Ajman will cost 20 Dhs - Umm Al Quwain and RAK Will Cost 30 Dhs - Abu Dhabi For 40 Dhs).

DOES EDU-FUN SELL REPLACEMENT PARTS?

Edu-Fun  policy is to provide replacement parts usually free of charge, depending on the fault or integrity of the product. Please refer to the terms and conditions for policy on warranty and returns.

WHERE ARE EDU-FUN PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED?

All of Edu-Fun  products are manufactured overseas, for more information please call customer service or a sales representative.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?

Please call and speak to your nearest Edu-Fun  representative for more information on minimum order quantity requirements. Subject to availability and transport/logistics.

CAN ITEMS BE CUSTOMISED OR REBRANDED TO SUIT CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS?

From time to time, when goods are not all available for delivery at the same time, a back order may result. This should not incur secondary freight charges unless previously discussed with client or the client is not ready to accept goods with the first delivery of order.

Lead Times

Estimated delivery times may vary and are subject to work load and transport/logistics availability.

Payment Terms

Are 14 days from delivery or payment prior to shipment. This will be negotiated at time of order. Direct deposit or cheque payment is required. A 50% deposit of the total outstanding order amount (including VAT) at time of order is required.

Warranty/Returns

Goods are warrantied for a minimum term of 12 months unless otherwise stated. Please ensure all goods are checked for damage or fault immediately on delivery as transport damages can occur, any damages or faults must be reported within 7 days from receiving goods receipt.

Quotations

Are valid from 30 days from date shown, if an order is placed outside the 30-day period, a price check and a revised quotation will be provided before an order can be fulfilled (if necessary).

A quotation is not an order. Edu-Fun Emirates reserves the right to amend or increase pricing in line with cost increases regardless of quoted pricing. This is due to possible rise and fall value of the AED/DHS for imported products and materials.

Orders

Orders will be processed when all the details on the purchase order correspond with quote.

Bespoke Goods

Customer acknowledges that goods are being made to order to meet customer specifications and measurements and design must be signed off prior to manufacture. Custom made goods cannot be returned or refunded.

Variations

Variations to any order/s cannot be accepted without written consent of the customer. Changes will not be affective until Edu-Fun Emirates has provided an amended quote for any variation.

Goods ownership

Goods supplied remain the property of Edu-Fun  Emirates until all outstanding invoices have been paid in full.

Risk

The responsibility for loss or damage of goods shall pass to the customer upon delivery to the customer, the customers agent or to a destination or carrier as nominated by the customer.

Goods return

For change of mind or incorrect orders a 20% restocking fee will apply. Goods return cost will be absorbed by the customer. Goods to be returned to Pakenham warehouse.

Goods must be returned in as new and resealable condition for credit or refund to apply, which if accepted shall be determined by Edu-Fun  Emirates.

Any payment for balance of goods delivered on the same invoice must be paid within payment terms as required and stated above.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
